Why am I not being prompted to sign in?

If you’re not being asked to enter your login credentials, it’s because Microsoft is using seamless single sign-on technology to log you in. This means that your computer is automatically authenticating you when you access our websites.

To ensure you’re always prompted to sign in:

• Chrome instructions
• Edge instructions

Chrome

Step 1: Click on the three vertical dots in the top right corner of the Chrome browser.

Step 2: Go to Settings.

Step 3: Go to Privacy and Security.

Step 4: Go to Third-party cookies.

Step 5: Select Block third-party cookies.

Step 6: Click on the user icon at the top and sign out.

Microsoft Edge

Step 1: Click on the three dots in the top right corner of the Microsoft Edge browser.

Step 2: Go to Settings.

Step 3: Go to Cookies and site permissions.

Step 4: Go to Manage and delete cookies and site data.

Step 5: Select Block third-party cookies.

Step 6: Go to Profiles.

Step 7: Select Sign out.

Step 8: Confirm Sign Out.
