Every printer has a name associated with it. This guide will tell you how to find it.
Who Can Use It?
Anyone with a printer connected to their computer.
How Do I Use It?
Step 1:
Press the "Windows" key on the bottom left side of your keyboard and the "R" key at the same time. Type "control printers".
Step 2:
The window that pops up will list all of the devices connected to your computer, including all printers.
