Tech of The University of Montana. Please refer to this document when purchasing supplies or
contracting outside services for your department or area of responsibility.
Montana Technological University utilizes the Procard Report policy underlined by the University of Montana in compliance with the Board of Regents.
By submitting a response to this invitation for bid, request for proposal, limited solicitation, or acceptance of a contract or purchase order,
the vendor agrees to acceptance of the following Standard Terms and Conditions and any other provisions that are specific to this
solicitation, contract, or purchase order.
Each student enrolled in the regular instructional program (including summer session) at a
campus of the Montana University System may be assessed a per semester credit hour equipment fee
consistent with the number of credits assessed for registration fees and tuition.
