Changing or Reset Your Password?
Microsoft Online Password Reset
If your password has expired, needs to be reset, or changed. You will want to click on the "I forgot my password" option. It is the only one that will allow you to change your password.
Before resetting your password, it's a good idea to clear any saved login information (cached credentials) on your devices e.g. phones, laptop, tablets. This includes things like saved passwords for campus Wi-Fi. Having outdated cached credentials can sometimes lead to unintended account lockouts
You can also utilize this Tool to unlock your Account.
