Microsoft Visio is a diagramming and vector graphics application and is part of the Microsoft Office family.

Where Can I Access It?
Visio is accessible through Microsoft Office 365 which is available to all students and faculty.
Step 1: Here is a direct link to the Office 365 home page: https://www.office.com. Once the page opens, click on Sign In. Use your MTech credentials to sign in. This will take your personal Office 365 page. If you were already signed in this link will take you directly to your Office 365 page.
Step 2: Select Apps on the menu on the left hand side of the screen.
Step 3: If Visio doesn't appear in the Apps section select All Apps
Step 4: Scroll down until you spot Visio and open it.
You may also access your personal Office 365 page through any of the web versions of the Office 365 apps such as Outlook.
Step 1: Click on this symbol in the top left corner on the MontanaTech banner
Step 2: If Visio does not show up under apps, select Microsoft 365 or All Apps.
Step 3: If you selected Microsoft 365 follow steps 2-4 for Office 365 above. If you selected All apps, you can search for Visio or scroll down until you find Visio.
