Setup
Step 1:
Open the icon on your desktop. If you receive a popup to Enable the Database, click Enable.

Step 2:
Click File, New

Step 3:
A popup will state that your data will be stored in a KeePass database file…. Click OK.
Step 4:
A documents screen will appear asking where you want to save the database; click Desktop on the left, then save.

Step 5:
KeePass will ask for a 20-character unique password to access the system. The intent is that we can memorize one password and the system will store all others. A strong password is recommended (you will see a weak to strong rating below your password); consider adding characters and numbers to strengthen.

The KeePass password and the stored credentials can be updated at any time.
Step 6:
A Database Settings screen will appear.
- If you wish to name your database, enter a name; otherwise, click OK.

Instructions
Step 1:
Open from the file location you chose (desktop, for example).

Step 2:
Upon opening, sample entries will appear

Step 3:
Use the “Add Entry” button to add a new credential

Step 4:
Form will allow you to include all credentials

Accessing Passwords
Passwords are not visible, but can be copied
Step 1:
Right click on the password column, then click copy password

Step 2:
Paste the password in your site login password field
