Connecting to eduRoam on Windows 10

What Is It?

Accessing Montana Techs wireless network using Windows 10.

Who Can Use It?

Anyone with a Montana Tech account.

Connecting to eduRoam

1. Open your Windows Wireless Connection Manager located in the Taskbar on the right-hand corner. Refer to Figure 1

2. Select the wireless network called eduRoam or MTDorms and click Connect. Refer to Figure 2

Note: if you want to automatically re-connect to this network when it is in range make sure you have Connect Automatically checked

3. When the Network Authentication window appears, enter your Montana Tech email address (username@mtech.edu) and Password and click OK. This is the same password for MyMTech and the Login for email. Refer to Figure 3

4. Confirm that you would like to connect to the Wireless Network by clicking “Connect”. Refer to Figure 4
