View Installed Applications

What Is It?

You can easily view which applications are installed on your computer.

How Do I Do It?

Windows 11:

Step 1.

Enter "settings" into the Taskbar Search bar:

Step 2.

Open system Settings. Click on "Apps" on the left-hand pane, then "Installed apps".

Step 3.

You will see a list of installed apps, and will be able to search for a specific app in the search field.

 

macOS:

Step 1.

Press Command + Shift + Period (.) to open Finder.

Step 2.

Click on Applications to view installed apps.

 

Ubuntu:

Step 1.

Press Ctrl + Alt + T to open the Terminal.

Step 2.

Type apt list --installed​​​​​​​ to run the "apt" command and view a list of installed applications.
