Have your display name and username changed in all of our systems.
Who Can Use It?
Anyone with a Montana Tech account.
- Employees must first have their name changed with Human Resources.
- Students must first have their name changed with Enrollment Services.
You must change your legal name with enrollment (and HR for employees and student employees) before completing this request. Setting a preferred name and submitting this request will not generate a new username. After you have changed your name, complete this request if you would like a new username created.

Additional Information
There will be a limited amount of time to move emails and OneDrive content from the old username to the new username before the old username is removed.
