Signing into Canvas
Step 1:
In your web browser, navigate to your Canvas using the following link:
https://mtech.instructure.com
Step 2:
Enter your username and password and then select "SIGN IN."
- Note: Links to help with passwords are on the Web Sign-on page. Those who cannot log into Canvas should contact the IT Help Center.

Integrate Wooclap into Your Canvas Course
Step 1:
On your web browser, navigate to your Canvas homepage using the following link:
https://mtech.instructure.com
Note: If you are having any issues accessing Canvas please navigate to the Login section.
Step 2:
From the course navigation bar, locate or create the assignment you wish to incorporate Wooclap with.

Step 3:
From assignment, input content depending if it is new or not
a) New

b) Existing

- Locate "Submission Type"
Step 4:
Locate "Submission type" and select "External Tool", "find" and click the last option in the drop down called Wooclap

Step 5:
Save the changes

NOTE:
If editing an existing assignment make sure to apply the check box that notifies students that the content has changed
Event Setup in Wooclap
Step 1:
On your web browser, navigate to your Canvas course using the following link:
https://mtech.instructure.com
Note: If you are having any issues accessing Canvas please navigate to the Login section.
Step 2:
Please access the Wooclap activity you've created to find a variety of question options. Choose the one you want to include. For this article, we'll be using the "Multiple choice" option.

Step 3:
Create a multiple choice question.

Step 4:
Enter in the possible answers to your question. To add more, select the (+) button.

Step 5:
You have the option to modify your question settings in the box located on the right side of the page.

Step 6:
Select the correct answer(s) for your question, then select "Save."

Step 7:
You can start your event by selecting "Display" located to the right of "How to participate?"

Wooclap and Presentations
Step 1:
On your web browser, navigate to your Moodle course using the following link:
https://moodlemtech.mrooms3.net/
Note: If you are having any issues accessing Moodle please navigate to the Login section.
Step 2:
Open the Wooclap Activity that you created, then select "+ Add presentation."

Step 3:
Open a powerpoint file that you have already created.

Step 4:
The time of the upload will depend on the size of your file. It should take no longer than a few minutes

Step 5:
Once your presentation has finished uploading, select "+ Insert questions."

Step 6:
Drag and drop your previously made questions.

Step 7:
Your questions will be inserted as an additional slide.

Step 8:
Once you have finished adding your questions, select "Save."

Step 9:
To start your presentation, select "Start."

Creating a Wooclap Questionnaire
Step 1:
On your web browser, navigate to your Moodle course using the following link:
https://moodlemtech.mrooms3.net/
Note: If you are having any issues accessing Moodle please navigate to the Login section.
Step 2:
Select the "Participant Pace" tab in Wooclap:

Step 3:
Select "Create" to start creating questions within your questionnaire:

Step 4:
You can change the name of the questionnaire activity by clicking on the pencil icon:

Step 5:
You can add questions the same exact way as you would for adding questions in an event shown here.
Step 6:
Once you are done, click "Save" at the bottom:

Step 7:
You can choose to publish the questionnaire now or later. No matter which option you choose, you will be brought to the same page. The questionnaire must be published in order for your students to take it.
Step 8:
If you want to share this questionarre, click the "share" button

Viewing and Exporting Grades From Wooclap
Step 1:
On your web browser, navigate to your Moodle course using the following link:
https://moodlemtech.mrooms3.net/
Note: If you are having any issues accessing Moodle please navigate to the Login section.
Step 2:
To synchronize the grades from Wooclap to Moodle, you will want to access the event you want to put into the gradebook, and then press "Syncronize with LMS"
