What Is It?
When phishing or spam messages are sent, Network Services needs the first email in the conversation for its contents as well as headers.
Who Can Do It?
Anyone with an email account.
How Do I Do It?
For Outlook Classic:

The process is exactly the same, except that the order is flipped. Original messages will be at the top and most recent at the bottom.
