For Apple devices

Using Outlook app for iOS

If you haven't already downloaded the Outlook app from the App Store, *The publisher should be Microsoft Corporation*

Step 1: Click "Add Account"

Step 2: Enter your email and click "Add Account"

Step 3: Enter your password and click "Sign in" *Note: You may have to authenticate on this step*

Using iOS Mail app

Step 1: Navigate to the settings app.

Step 2: Go to the apps section and select "Mail"

Step 3: Click "Mail Accounts"

Step 4: Click "Add Account"

Step 5: Click "Choose From a list"

Step 6: Under Choose your provider select "Microsoft Exchange"

Step 7: Enter your email and the desired description for the account then click "Next"

Step 8: Out of the options click "Sign in"

Step 9:  When it asks to use "microsoftonline.com" click "Continue"

Step 10: Log in as usual and authenticate.

Step 11: Choose what you want to be active then click "Save" *Note: if Mail isn't selected you will not get emails*
