Screen sharing allows you to show your screen to anyone you are in a video conference with. At Montana Tech, we support Teams, Zoom, and Skype for Business, but there are many other video conferencing apps available.

Teams
Once you've started a video call in Teams, simply click on the "Share Screen" button boxed in red below.
Zoom
Once you've started a meeting in Zoom, simply click on the "Share Screen" button boxed in red below.
Skype for Business
Once you've started a meeting in Skype, simply click on the "Share Screen" button boxed in red below, and then "Present Desktop" or "Present Applications".
