What Is It?
Add known senders to the Safe Senders list to ensure that their email will not go to your Junk E-mail folder.
Where Can I Access It?
Step 1:
Navigate to your Outlook desktop app.
Step 2:
Navigate to the "Junk Email" folder.

Step 3:
On the top left part of the screen near the "Delete" icon, there is an icon that reveals a drop-down menu (please refer to the image below.) From this drop-down menu, select "Junk E-mail Options."


Step 4:
Select "Safe Senders" as outlined in the figure below.

Step 5:
Select "Add."

Step 6:
In the text box, fill in an email address or domain, then select "OK" once finished. Repeat Steps 5-6 to add as many users/domain names as you wish.

Step 7:
Once finished, click "Apply" and then "OK" to save your changes. Emails from this sender will now be prevented from automatically going to your Junk E-mail folder.
