Setting up automatic replies allows you to notify people when you are unavailable or away from your Montana Tech email. This message can let others know when you will be able to respond.

Anyone with a Montana Tech email account can set up automatic replies.
How to Set Up Automatic Replies
*Note: These steps apply to the new Outlook interface. Instructions for the older version are similar.*
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1: Open Settings
Once logged in to your Montana Tech email, select the gear icon in the upper-right corner of the page.
Step 2: Navigate to Automatic Replies
In the Mail category, locate and select Automatic replies.
Step 3: Enable and Customize Your Reply
Choose Turn on automatic replies, set the date range, and customize the reply message you wish to send automatically.
