Email headers contain useful information that IT can use to identify bad actors that send phishing emails.
Who Can Use It?
Anyone with an Outlook account.
Where Can I Access It?
Step 1.
Click on the email that you would like to view.
Step 2.
Click on the three-dot menu on the upper-right corner of the email.
Step 3.
Hover over "View", then Click on View message details.
Step 4.
A new window will open with the message details (including the email headers). Copy this text (Ctrl + C) and paste (Ctrl + V).
