HOW TO FIND THE FIRST EMAIL IN A SET OF EMAILS
First, open up your Outlook application.
Once inside your outlook on your browser or application, we need to find an email that we want to find an original message to.
As you can see when we click on an email with multiple responses it has an indicator arrow that we can use to expand the whole conversation. Once we expand the list to see all responses we want to click on the email at the very bottom of the list. This represents the first email in the exchange.
HOW TO SAVE AN EMAIL
In order to save an email you need to find the email you wish to save in Outlook.
Then simply drag and drop the email on-to the location of your choice. i.e. drag the file on to your desktop or file explorer.
