Reasons Courses Might Be Missing
- You just enrolled today.
- It takes 24 hours after registration for your course information to be automatically pushed into the MyMTech system. If you registered longer than 24 hours ago and the course has already started, contact the I.T. Help Desk.
- You have not paid your bill.
- In order to see your courses, you must finalize and pay your bill. After you have done this come back to MyMTech and the system will automatically set up access to the courses you are registered for.
- Your course is hidden.
- You are teaching but not listed as an instructor in OrediggerWeb / Banner.
- Contact enrollment services to be added as an instructor.
- Wireless Issues with guest network or another remote network.
- Some networks like the guest network here at Tech block the portlets that would show your courses. The guest network can be solved by switching to Eduroam network here on campus. For remote users its a firewall issue that you would have to mess with settings on your firewall.

Hiding / Showing Courses
To check if you have any courses hidden, click "Edit" in the top right of the "Learning" section.
If any courses are hidden, you will see the "Hide" radio button selected. To show the course, select the appropriate "Show" button. Once you have made all necessary changes, click "Edit" again in the top right to return to the regular "Learning" block.
